At EYCOVO, we firmly believe in and respect fundamental privacy rights, and we believe these fundamental rights should not differ based on the country or region you live in. This Privacy Policy explains how EYCOVO or EYCOVO affiliates (such as EYCOVO Link) handle your Personal Data, whether you interact with us through our websites, through Apps, or directly (including over the phone or in stores) with our entity, EYCOVO LLC. EYCOVO may also be associated with third parties in its services. EYCOVO's Privacy Policy does not apply to explaining how third parties define or use Personal Data. II. Your Privacy Rights at EYCOVO

At EYCOVO, we respect your ability to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict the processing of, and delete your Personal Data. We offer these rights to every one of our customers globally. If you choose to exercise these privacy rights, you have the right not to be discriminated against by EYCOVO and the right to receive the same level of service quality from EYCOVO as you would if you did not exercise your privacy rights.

We may reject parts of your request or take a longer time to process your request.

III. Personal Data EYCOVO Collects from You

We firmly believe that EYCOVO can provide you with excellent products and effectively protect your privacy. Therefore, we strive to collect only the Personal Data we need. The Personal Data collected by EYCOVO depends on how you interact with EYCOVO.

When you interact with EYCOVO, such as when you create an account, purchase and/or activate a product or device, download a software update, sign up for an EYCOVO course, connect to our services, contact us (including via social media), participate in an online survey, or otherwise interact with EYCOVO (depending on the specific business scenario). We may collect various information, including:

1. Account Information

   • Account status, bound devices, registration time, account level, or permission information, etc.

• Third parties on your instructions: For example, third-party login services, third-party payment institutions, and partner systems sharing necessary service-related information with us after receiving your authorization;

• Partners and service providers: For example, identity verification institutions, risk control or anti-fraud service providers, and technical service providers that assist us with identity verification, credit assessment, anti-fraud, and security analysis;

• Public sources: Within the scope permitted by law, we may also obtain data from legally public information sources (such as government public notice systems, publicly available judicial documents, and legally public commercial information, etc.) for reasonable verification of the qualifications or credit status of enterprise customers.

For research and development purposes, we may use data sets, such as those that contain images, voice, or other data that may be linked to an identifiable individual. When obtaining such data sets, we comply with applicable laws, including the laws of the jurisdiction where the data set is hosted. When using such data sets for research and development, we do not attempt to re-identify the individuals who may appear in them.

We will protect and use the Personal Data obtained from third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

V. How EYCOVO Uses Your Personal Data

EYCOVO uses Personal Data for the following purposes: to support services, process your transactions, communicate with you, implement security and anti-fraud measures, and comply with the law. We may also use Personal Data for other purposes with your consent.    • Detect, prevent, and handle fraud, cyber-attacks, illegal acts, or acts that violate platform rules;

   • Conduct security monitoring and technical maintenance of the system and network.

5. To Improve Products and Develop New Services

   • Analyze system usage and performance to help us optimize product and service experience;

   • Conduct statistical analysis and business decisions (we will use de-identified or aggregated data where possible);

   • Use for the improvement of functions related to artificial intelligence, smart recommendations, etc., within the scope of your authorization or as permitted by law.

6. To Comply with Laws, Regulations, and Regulatory Requirements

   • Retain, use, and disclose necessary data in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory policies, or the requirements of courts or government agencies;

   • Use for statutory or agreed-upon reasons such as taxation, auditing, compliance, dispute resolution, and assistance with law enforcement.

EYCOVO only uses your Personal Data when there is a lawful legal basis. EYCOVO may rely on your consent, or on the fact that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, to protect your or someone else’s vital interests, or to comply with the law, depending on the situation. We may also process your Personal Data where we believe it is in our or others' legitimate interests and where your interests, rights, and expectations are also considered. EYCOVO will not use algorithms or profiling methods to make any decisions that significantly affect you without providing an opportunity for human review. EYCOVO will also not use or disclose sensitive Personal Data for purposes where the objective requires the user to exercise the right to limit the ability to process data under the laws of the United States.

EYCOVO retains Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Privacy Policy or our specific service privacy statements or the relevant requirements of applicable law. We will retain your Personal Data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described herein, pursuant to this Privacy Policy and specific service privacy statements. When evaluating retention periods, we will first carefully ascertain whether it is necessary to retain the collected Personal Data, and if retention is required, we will strive to retain the Personal Data for the shortest period permitted by law.

VI. How EYCOVO Shares Your Personal Data

EYCOVO may share your Personal Data with EYCOVO affiliates, service providers acting on our behalf, our partners, developers and publishers, or others acting at your direction. Furthermore, EYCOVO will not share Personal Data with third parties for the third parties' marketing purposes.

• Service Providers. EYCOVO may engage third parties as our service providers to perform certain tasks on our behalf, such as processing or storing data related to your use of our services and the delivery of products to customers, including Personal Data. EYCOVO service providers are obligated to process Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our instructions. They cannot use the Personal Data we share for their own purposes, and once they have completed our requirements, they must delete or return the data.

• Partners. EYCOVO may sometimes partner with third parties to provide services or other products. EYCOVOrequires partners to protect your Personal Data.

• Developers and Publishers You Subscribe To. If you purchase a third-party subscription through our platform, we will create a subscriber ID that is unique to you and the developer or publisher. The subscriber ID may be used to provide reports to the developer or publisher, including information about your subscription purchases and the country or region you reside in. If you cancel all subscriptions from a developer or publisher and do not resubscribe, the subscriber ID will be reset after 180 days. This information is provided to the developer or publisher so they can understand their subscription status.

• Other. EYCOVO may share your Personal Data with others at your direction or with your consent, such as when we share information with your carrier to activate your account. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is necessary or appropriate for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance. Where there is a lawful basis, we may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users, or is reasonably necessary in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale.

VII. How EYCOVO Protects Your Personal Data

EYCOVO believes that robust privacy protection is built on excellent security. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Data, while taking into account the nature of the Personal Data, the processing of the data, and the threats involved. We continuously improve these safeguards to ensure your Personal Data remains secure.

We understand that data security is of vital importance to you, and therefore we adopt various security technologies and administrative measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss, including but not limited to:

EYCOVO understands the importance of protecting the Personal Data of children; a child is an individual under the age of 14 (or the equivalent age stipulated by the laws of your jurisdiction). Therefore, EYCOVO has implemented additional procedures and safeguards to help protect the security of children's Personal Data.

• To create a child's account, a parent must review the Family Privacy Disclosure regarding children to understand how EYCOVO handles the child's Personal Data. If the parent agrees with the contents, verifiable parental consent must be provided to EYCOVO.

• If we unknowingly collect Personal Data of a minor, upon discovery or notification by a guardian, we will delete or de-identify the data after completing the necessary security audit, unless otherwise required by law.

If we learn that a child's Personal Data was collected without proper authorization, we will delete the data as soon as possible. If you believe we have collected a minor's Personal Data without proper authorization, please contact us.

• Strictly Necessary Cookies. These Cookies are essential to set to provide you with a specific function or service you access or request. For example, when you conduct online transactions via https://www.google.com/search?q=eycovo.com, we need to use Cookies to display the website in the appropriate format and language, authenticate and verify your transactions, and retain the contents of your shopping bag.

• Other Cookies. We use these Cookies to understand how visitors interact with our websites and online services, including helping us evaluate the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches. In some emails EYCOVO sends to you, we provide a "click-through URL" that links to content on the EYCOVOwebsite. If you prefer not to be tracked in this manner, you should not click on graphic or text links in the email.

EYCOVO generally treats data collected using these Cookies and similar technologies as non-Personal Data. However, if local law considers Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers to be Personal Data, then we also treat these identifiers as Personal Data. Furthermore, EYCOVO sometimes combines non-Personal Data collected through these technologies with other Personal Data held by EYCOVO. When we combine data in this manner, for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, we treat the combined data as Personal Data.

Advertisements placed by the EYCOVO advertising platform may appear on websites, Apps, Portal, and other EYCOVO platforms, depending on your location. The EYCOVO advertising platform does not track you, so it does not associate user or device data collected from our Apps with user or device data collected from third parties for the purposes of targeted advertising or measuring advertising effectiveness, nor does it share user or device data with data brokers.

X. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

EYCOVO products and services can connect you closely with the world. To achieve this goal, your Personal Data may be transferred to or accessed by entities around the world (including EYCOVO affiliates and service providers) for processing activities described in this Privacy Policy related to your use of our products and services. EYCOVO complies with the applicable laws regarding the transfer of Personal Data between countries/regions to ensure your data is protected everywhere.

The EYCOVO entity that controls your Personal Data is EYCOVO LLC., which is based in the United States.

Personal Data collected by EYCOVO or its affiliates worldwide is generally stored and processed in the United States by EYCOVO LLC. Regardless of where your Personal Data is collected, EYCOVO applies the same high level of protection and safeguards.

EYCOVO takes your privacy concerns very seriously. We have dedicated teams to review your inquiries (including those received in response to access or download requests) to determine how best to respond to your questions or concerns. In most cases, substantive inquiries will be answered within 7 days. In other cases, we may request more information or inform you that we need more time to respond. We may first verify your identity for security reasons.

If your complaint indicates that we can improve our handling of privacy issues, we will take steps to make the relevant updates at the next reasonable opportunity. If the privacy issue negatively impacts you or others, we will take steps to resolve the issue with you or the relevant others.
