This Privacy Policy explains how EYCOVO LLC. (hereinafter referred to as "EYCOVO" or "We") collects, uses, and shares your personal data.
You will have the opportunity to review information specific to these products before using these features. You can also view the aforementioned information at any time in the "Settings" related to these features and/or via eycovo.com/legal/.
You can learn about our privacy practices (accessible via the titles below), and please contact us if you have any questions. If you do not agree with the contents of this Privacy Policy, please stop using our products and services immediately.
At EYCOVO, we firmly believe in and respect fundamental privacy rights, and we believe these fundamental rights should not differ based on the country or region you live in. Therefore, we treat any data related to an identified or identifiable individual, or data that EYCOVO has linked or can be linked to an individual, as "Personal Data," regardless of where the individual resides. This means that data that can directly identify you (such as your name) is Personal Data. Additionally, data that cannot directly identify you but can indirectly identify you through reasonable inference is Personal Data. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, aggregated data is considered non-Personal Data.
This Privacy Policy explains how EYCOVO or EYCOVO affiliates (such as EYCOVO Link) handle your Personal Data, whether you interact with us through our websites, through Apps, or directly (including over the phone or in stores) with our entity, EYCOVO LLC. EYCOVO may also be associated with third parties in its services. EYCOVO's Privacy Policy does not apply to explaining how third parties define or use Personal Data. We encourage you to read their privacy policies and understand your privacy rights before interacting with them.
At EYCOVO, we respect your ability to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict the processing of, and delete your Personal Data. We offer these rights to every one of our customers globally. If you choose to exercise these privacy rights, you have the right not to be discriminated against by EYCOVO and the right to receive the same level of service quality from EYCOVO as you would if you did not exercise your privacy rights.
We will not unreasonably discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, but certain services may be unable to continue or be functionally limited if you withdraw consent or request data deletion.
To exercise your privacy rights and choices, including where third-party service providers act on behalf of EYCOVO, please contact us. To ensure the security of your Personal Data, you may need to log in to your account or provide some personal information to verify your identity. Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority.
In some cases, we may not be able to approve your request, for example, if you request the deletion of data that the law requires us to retain (e.g., billing, compliance records), but EYCOVO is legally obligated to retain the record to comply with applicable laws. We may also refuse your request if it would affect our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes, such as when you request the deletion of an account that is under investigation for security reasons, or if deletion or restriction of processing would severely impact anti-fraud, security, or compliance purposes. Other reasons your privacy request may be denied include: the request compromises the privacy of others, is too trivial or unwarranted, or is extremely impractical or unreasonable. We may reject parts of your request or take a longer time to process your request.
